Colonial Village Project
The Colonial Village Sewer Project is expected to start the week of Monday, April 23rd. While the project contract requires completion within 180 days from the Notice to Proceed, we anticipate the project to be completed by the end of the summer.
When placing your green flag for the location of your private sewer pipe connection to the lateral, please note:
- You cannot trespass on neighboring property without their permission. For excavation purposes, your flag should be placed a minimum of 5 feet from the property line.

At the March 6, 2018 Council Public Meeting, the Colonial Village Sewer Project was awarded to McKenney Construction in the amount of $657,884.10.

On August 1, 2017, Council adopted Resolution No. 49-2017 revising the Township's official
Act 537 Plan and has submitted it to the Department of Environmental Protection for approval.
The plan for the Colonial Village Area Sewer Project is to install a new low-pressure sewer system to service 83 existing homes.

Mendenhall Area Project
The Phase 2A Mendenhall Area sewer installation is complete.
The contractor will be onsite doing lawn restoration work in the next few weeks (end of April / beginning of May - weather permitting).
Phase 2A Mendenhall Area Sewer Project Update: April 13, 2018
Beginning Monday, April 16 at 7:00 a.m., WEXCON will begin to restore properties which were disturbed during construction of the force main and installation of the curb box service laterals. Weather permitting.
Please Note: WEXCON may be storing small machinery on-site until work is complete and topsoil will be stored opposite of 80 & 86 Mendenhall Drive - on the three Broadway Realty owned (unoccupied) parcels.
At the August 1, 2017 Township Council Public Meeting, the Phase 2A Mendenhall Area Sewer Project was awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, Wexcon, Inc., in the amount of $377,232.
Station Road Project
The Station Road Sewer Project, located between Concord Road and Route 322, was awarded to McKenney Construction on April 3rd at the Regular Public Council Meeting. The project is expected to begin in the next 4 weeks with anticipated completion by the end of June.
At the April 3, 2018 Council Public Meeting, the Station Road Sewer Project was awarded to McKenney Construction in the amount of $68,424.00.
