Colonial Village Project
The Colonial Village Sewer Project is expected to start the week of Monday, April 23rd. While the project contract requires completion within 180 days from the Notice to Proceed, we anticipate the project to be completed by the end of October.
When placing your green flag for the location of your private sewer pipe connection to the lateral, please note:
- You cannot trespass on neighboring property without their permission. For excavation purposes, your flag should be placed a minimum of 5 feet from the property line.

At the March 6, 2018 Council Public Meeting, the Colonial Village Sewer Project was awarded to McKenney Construction in the amount of $657,884.10.

On August 1, 2017, Council adopted Resolution No. 49-2017 revising the Township's official
Act 537 Plan and has submitted it to the Department of Environmental Protection for approval.
The plan for the Colonial Village Area Sewer Project is to install a new low-pressure sewer system to service 83 existing homes.
