Ordinance No. 378 – Home Occupation Ordinance

Adopted by Township Council:  August 1, 2017

An ordinance amending the Code of the Township, by amending Chapter 210 Zoning, Article I Section 210-4 to redefine the term “Home Occupation” and amending Article III Section 210-10A(4)(1) regulations, by repealing and replacing home occupation use by right.

Ordinance No. 377 – Accessory Building Ordinance

Adopted by Township Council:  August 1, 2017

An ordinance to amend the Code of the Township, by amending Chapter 210 Zoning.
Ordinance expands and adds to existing definitions, further defines other terms, repeals and replaces Section 210-292 Accessory Buildings on Residential Properties and 210-293 Garages and Other Accessory Buildings, and adds new Section 210-294 Playsets, Recreations and Athletic Equipment, Antennas, Enclosures and Similar Structures in residential districts.

Ordinance No. 376 – Council Members Compensation Ordinance

Adopted by Township Council:  February 7, 2017

An ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Concord to allow Council the power to fix the annual salary of its members by Ordinance, and set the annual salary for 2017 at $4,125.00.

Ordinance No. 375 – Home Rule Ordinance

Adopted by the Board of Supervisors:  December 6, 2016

An ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Concord, by incorporating the Concord Township Charter.  The Concord Township Charter, which was adopted by the voters of Concord Township at the General Primary election on April 28. 2016, will become effective January 1, 2017.

Ordinance No. 374 – General Obligation Bond Series of 2016

Adopted by the Board of Supervisors:  August 2, 2016

An ordinance to authorize the incurrence by the Township of Concord of non-electorial debt by the issuance of general obligation bonds.  The ordinance refunds the township’s outstanding obligation bonds of 2011 and provides funding for capital projects (renovations/expansion of township’s sewer system).

Ordinance No. 372 – Solid Waste Authority of Delaware County

Adopted by the Board of Supervisors:  June 7, 2016

An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 158, Chapter 142 – Solid Waste code of the Township of Concord between Delaware County Solid Waste Authority and Concord Township.  The ordinance renews the Joint Cooperation Agreement for an additional 25 years.
