In March 2017, Delaware County was court ordered to conduct a county-wide property reassessment. In December 2017, the reassessment project began with data gathering; to be followed by verification of the accuracy of the data. That will be followed by an appeals process in 2020, when the new assessments are scheduled to go out. The new tax bills will go out in 2021.
